Modulat is headquartered in Amman, Jordan. We deliver and install our modular homes across the region and are expanding to serve international clients based on project feasibility.

How long does it take to build a modular home?

Our modular homes are built significantly faster than traditional construction. Depending on the complexity and size of the project, the timeline can range from 3 to 6 months, including design, approvals, and assembly.
